Reporting to a HR Business Partner, as Frontline Trainer you will help drive efficiencies and associate retention by developing, training and coaching associates on the line on standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for the training and integration of new associates, including temporary workers, into the production environment, which includes exposure to multiple refrigerated areas. You'll also manage performance by retraining associates on various processes as needed and requested by production leadership, as well as, deliver, track and document specialty training to meet state and federal standards.
