Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, as Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will be to proactively troubleshoot, diagnose and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and plant support equipment. Daily you will interact with leadership, Production and Quality Assurance team members, and other maintenance technicians to meet an overall mission to maximize plant output, efficiency, quality and safety. Your duties will be performed in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment where team members are involved with overhauling existing and installing new equipment.

Your time will typically be split between equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting and debugging (30%), equipment repairs including automated mechanical equipment, motor controls, electronic boards, control circuits, etc. (30%), routine preventative maintenance including cleaning and lubricating equipment according to pre-set standards (30%) and project work, such as working with Engineering on equipment modification (10%).  Specifically, you will: About Us
