- Take ownership of your role and serve as the right hand to the Bistro Team Lead by supporting a team 40+ associates and ensuring a steady flow of product through the bowl room. You'll add to your skills and experience by coaching team members and filling in production gaps as needed.
- Make an impact by ensuring strong performance in safety, quality and productivity through careful process control and inventory management.
- In addition to strong initial training, you will gain broad exposure to and cross-training in multiple areas. You will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your skills and showcase your potential to take on additional responsibilities and advance in Jackson or at other locations.
