Production Trainer - 2nd Shift

- Earn $19.50 per hour PLUS a temporary marketing differential of $2.00 on top of the hourly rate!
- Earn up to a $1,000 sign-on BONUS - to be paid out in weekly $50 increments until the associate reaches their $1000 allotment.

The Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent; some college or an associate's degree is preferred
- 1+ years of direct training experience, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment and ideally with fresh produce Quick question for you - click here
- Solid training and presentation skills and comfort leading and guiding others in a diverse, multi-cultural production environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills in English
- The ability to work and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Computer proficiency
- The ability to coach and mentor a team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

You will support associates on the first shift. Your days off will be Thursday and Sunday. We'll also look to you to be flexible about both the days and hours you work.
The Role
Reporting to a Human Resources Business Partner, you will help drive efficiencies and associate retention by developing, training and coaching associates on the line on standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for the training and integration of new associates, including temporary workers, into the production environment, which includes exposure to multiple refrigerated areas. You'll also manage performance by retraining associates on various processes as needed and requested by production leadership, and deliver, track and document specialty training to meet state and federal standards.

You will be an important early contact for new employees, and you should be committed to helping them learn the skills and get the tools they need.
