Job responsibilities
The Human Resources Representative will provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources team, Operations team and hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you will Do:
- Act as a key contributor on national projects and help execute processes across the plant.
- Conduct entry-level ER investigations and partner with HR Manager to determine corrective disciplinary action.
- Assist HR team with recruiting efforts, including external hiring, temp conversions, onboarding and orientation.
- Work with the HR Manager on skills, developmental needs and career development.
- Leverage strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ensure consistency in application.
- Collaborate with Team Leads on investigations and provide findings to the HRBP/Manager on a timely basis.
- Assist with and coordinate round table meetings.
- Attend and actively participate in monthly HR Representative meetings across all plants.
- Counsel associates concerning work-related problems and/or concerns when necessary.
- Support HR team on special projects and provide necessary data or support needed for the success of projects.
- Support I-9 and attendance program audits on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with other HR Reps in other plants and leverage best practices across plants.
- Support Senior HR Rep (when needed) on all KPI/Reports on a weekly/monthly basis including Headcount, Turnover, Demographics and any other critical HR data.
- Assist on External Audit Document Control and provide any relevant information for 3rd-party audits.

Desired qualifications:
What you will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or additional relevant work experience is required.
- 2-3 years of HR experience required. Quick question for you - click here
- Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environments is strongly preferred.
- Ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization.

- Bilingual preferred.
