To be a good fit for the Talent Acquisition Lead opportunity, you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field

• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and partnering with temp agencies
• Strong analytical skills and experience manipulating and analyzing recruitment data, and using the information to consult and plan with talent acquisition and HR partners

As an essential business, we are taking appropriate precautions to protect the health and safety of all employees. You'll work on-site Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays.

You will invest your time in four key areas. You'll serve as a strong business partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies, and initiatives for current and future needs. You'll optimize our talent acquisition model to improve quality of hire, speed of hire and cost of hire

You also will drive our full cycle recruitment data, utilizing a data-driven approach to ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently, using benchmarks for planning purposes and taking an analytical approach to quickly identify and solve pain points. Quick question for you - click here

With regard to supporting HR operations, you will coordinate with our third-party agency recruiters for production and corporate roles. You'll also work with the HR team to identify gaps and improve efficiencies with the candidate experience: In addition, you'll maximize opportunities to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner and ahead of business needs

You'll also deploy a recruitment marketing campaign, coordinating grassroots recruitment marketing activities for our plants arounds the US. This will include local job fairs, local outreach, alternative radio/TV campaigns and more.
