The Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of technical experience in production environments, preferably in the food & beverage industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with machines; ability to do light troubleshooting and maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC equipment
- A commitment to working safely
- Willingness to work 10-12+ hour shifts on a regular basis, as shifts last until end of production (which can vary substantially)

The Role
You will join a team of Machine Operators in a key role in the manufacturing plant that supports team leads as they drive production to the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards. You will support our Bistro product line by operating, maintaining and sometimes troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on sealer machines and other equipment, such as label printers and metal detectors. You'll report to a Frontline Coordinator and fill in when the Frontline Coordinator is away from the line.Your primary goal will be to meet all productivity goals and product specifications.
