The Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED
- The ability to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24-hour plant environment
- The ability to work very safely around moving mechanical parts, including blades
- The ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs and pull drums with a hoist
- The ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes
- Willingness to work 10-12+ hour shifts on a regular basis, as shifts last until end of production (which can vary substantially)

The Role
The Machine Operator 2 is a key role within the plant and ensures the production equipment is running correctly and efficiently. The Machine Operator 2 is specifically responsible for operating Atlas Operator, ABL Operator, Past Operator, and Clean Room Operator equipment. In this role, you will ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes and conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections for quality (blades and wash system), machine lubricant, and sanitization.
