The Requirements
- 3-5 years production experience Quick question for you - click here
- Experience PLC troubleshooting (no need to program/design)
- Electro-mechanical skills in a production or manufacturing environment
- Possess a strong electrical acumen
- Willingness to work 10-12+ hour shifts on a regular basis, as shifts last until end of production (which can vary substantially)

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join a team responsible for supporting production by safely maintaining Bonduelle equipment to produce the highest quality fresh-cut produce at the lowest possible cost. In performing your role, GMP practices, environmental and regulatory requirements are to be satisfied. Additionally, you'll maintain a continuous improvement mindset and contribute to and implement department programs, procedures and systems as needed.
