To be a good fit for the Data Management Clerk opportunity, you will have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of experience in clerical, data management or documentation roles
• Experience in quality assurance
• Strong computer skills, including:
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, ideally including experience with formulas and pivot tables

  • The ability to key in given data with very few to no errors
• Good communication skills, including the ability to read, write and speak English
• Good basic math skills, including, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and computing averages

• Experience with data and basic analytics is a strong plus

While you will spend much of your time in an office within a production environment, the office typically is cold, and you also will spend time on the production floor, where the temperature can be as low as 32° F. You'll regularly work near moving mechanical parts and you may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will assist in the maintenance of the data management systems, ensuring that all assignments, reports, and activities are performed in a prompt, accurate and cost effective fashion. Your focus will be on sanitation and quality assurance records, and your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating sanitation records
• Maintaining the master cleaning schedule and ensuring teams follow it
• Facilitating training, such as scheduling sessions and documenting attendance
• Ordering sanitation equipment and supplies

In addition, will:

• Modify and edit sanitation associate work schedules, daily and weekly
• Manage ADP timeclock punches, including edits/corrections/missing punches
• Enroll new associates in timeclock system
• Manage daily headcount reports and report out start-up headcount numbers
• Assist associates with attendance questions
• Manage monthly PTO calendar and PTO requests
• Transfer labor hours in timecards when associates change departments
• Manage daily OT reports
• Daily shift report out
• Perform other duties as assigned
