To be a good fit for the Data Management Clerk opportunity, you will have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of clerical experience, or a bachelor's degree
• Strong computer skills, including:
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, ideally including experience with formulas and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Office
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • The ability to key in given data with very few to no errors
• Good communication skills, including the ability to read, write and speak English
• Good basic math skills, including, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and averages
• The ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with data and basic analytics is a strong plus

We're hiring for the first shift, although starting times may vary. You'll work an 8-hour shift between 5 AM and 4 PM, Typically you'll have Thursdays and Sundays off, but we'll also look to you to be flexible.

While you will spend much of your time in an office within a production environment, the office typically is cold, and you also will spend time on the production floor, where the temperature can be as low as 32° F. Quick question for you - click here You'll regularly work near moving mechanical parts and you may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

You will assist in the maintenance of the data management systems, ensuring that all assignments, reports, and activities are performed in a prompt, accurate and cost effective fashion. You'll also provide overall support to our production department. In addition to monitoring time and attendance, you will provide various reports to support decision-making.

More specifically, you will:

• Modify/edit associate work schedules (daily/weekly)
• Manage ADP punches, including edits/corrections/missing punches
• Enroll new associates in BioClock (a fingerprint clock-in tool)
• Notify supervisors and provide supervisors or temp agencies corrective actions for associates habitually clocking in early
• Manage daily headcount reports and report out start-up headcount numbers
• Check call out system, record absences and track daily absences
• Notify supervisors and HR of associates absent for three consecutive days from work
• Partner with supervisors and HR to validate system-generated attendance warnings (points and disciplinary warnings)
• Assist associates with attendance points questions
• Manage monthly PTO calendar and PTO requests
• Review, validate and ensure all associates are assigned to correct lines
• Partner with temp agency and HR to transfer associates to correct lines
• Transfer labor hours in timecards when associates move departments or lines on a daily basis
• Manage daily OT reports
• Daily shift report out including first hour efficiency
• Email production schedulers if a SKU needs to be removed
• Perform other duties as assigned
