Serve as a Leader & Partner, Building Cross-Functional Relationships & Serving as a Sales Finance SME

Role Details

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning, as Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance, you will be responsible for championing profitable growth by partnering with the Sales team to ensure they have the tools needed to drive that growth. You will provide leadership across all financial elements of the commercial agenda including pricing, pro forma, development, planning and forecasting. You will manage an array of strategic projects around sales finance and team strategy, support large bids, and work regularly with Sales on the day-to-day, project-to-project work including P&L, variance analysis, budgeting, etc. Quick question for you - click here

Specifically, you will:
  • Assist with monthly sales forecast validation and influencing
  • Partner with Sales leadership in building the detailed Sales annual operating plan
  • Lead all pro forma P&L development, leveraging team resources appropriately
  • Manage the development of additional pricing and profitability analytics to bring value-added insight to the organization
  • Partner with the Consumer Insights team to ensure that a robust view of retail sales data (facings, velocity, ACV, etc.) is incorporated into customer sales reviews
You will manage a three-person team, which will assist in meeting key deliverables. You will have a Sales Finance Manager reporting directly to you, and two indirect reports, a Finance Analyst and Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Sales Finance Manager. It's a strong and capable team that will help you get up to speed on our processes as you come on board. You'll also enjoy the strong mentorship of your supervisor.
